I have to bring this article back to the Gospel Doctrine thread once again. Whit posted it the last two years and it has been a life changing one for me.

I was just re-reading that article this morning and was coming to post the link again. It was one of those articles for me, too.
Amazing talk.
Thanks lorig!
I keep coming back to the following words as I study, ponder, and pray about this lesson. The words are "I stand all amazed at the love Jesus offers me." I see more and more each day just how deeply He loves each of us and wants us to return home to Him and Heavenly Father. I want to live the commandments and build up His kingdom. I am grateful for repentance but I really just want to do the right things. How grateful I am for the Savior and His atonement.

Interesting you posted that article...cause inadvertently, I talked about that same thing a lot in our lesson...EVERYTHING in the gospel goes back to Jesus, and if it doesn't it isn't serving it's purpose.
I loved this lesson. I love that the kids listened and didn't seem to be sleeping through it like sometimes...
did you see the article in Meridian about Focus on the Family and their reasoning why Mormons aren't Christians. It amazes me that anyone can say we aren't Christians. I have such a Love for the Savior as I know you all do as well. to think they think we don't get it....amazing. I know it isn't much of a Christlike thought, but I did think...you just wait....someday you will see how Christian we really are! anyways, I am grateful for all the books of scripture we have that testifies of Christ, so we can know HIM for who and what He is. I know we are so blessed for that knowledge.
